N2Women Workshops

N2Women organizes Networking Networking Women Workshops to bring the research and career interests of women in networking and communications to the forefront. These workshops have the following goals:

  • Creating new research connections
  • Mentoring undergraduate, graduate, and post-doc students
  • Obtaining feedback on research from members of the community

A  N2 Women workshop features keynote talks from distinguished members of our community, panel sessions, mentoring sessions, and a poster session.

Support for the N2 Women workshops has been generously provided by NSF Division of Computer and Network Systems, CRA-W, ACM SIGMOBILE, IEEE Communications SocietyMicrosoft Research, HP Labs, and Google Research.

The first workshop took place in Chicago in 2010 collocated with MobiCom/Hoc, see this link for more information.
